A 4-leaf Find

A stop by the side of the trail landed a nice haul of clover -- the four leaf variety.

A Five Minute Walk

Not a bad commute to friday night soccer practice. On the way home, we noticed that the Legwarmers are playing at State Theater. Many happy returns!

Ice Cream Social

Just finishing up a nice event at msnv. W worked on his climbing skills and did not seem to mind pushing older boys out of his way when he was intent on a mission. N and Z worked on swinging skills and introduced W to the wonders of the rocket. Up up and away. Now we are buckled in on the shuttle bus and ready to head for home. Looking forward to meet mama at the airport in less than three hours.

Mission Completion!

It took threats involving trash bags and a few tears, but in the end the boys pulled through in fine form.

Happy Birthday!

Social event two of five under way!

Marshmallow Games

Eat the marshmallows without using your hands. Sounds easier than it is!

Happy Birthday Louie!

We all accidentally dressed with frog shirts and thought we had met the theme of the party, but alas it was lions, alligators and monkeys.

Praticing for Perfection

Lessons and practice will make for engaging performances in the future. I enjoyed listening to the notes that escaped from the guitar as your fingers tugged at its strings.

In Our Old Neighborhood

American City Diner on Connecticut Avernue at Morrison Street - where a burger and a movie can't get any better. Murals do bring the stars to life.

It took quite a well and more than a few supplications from the boys, but in the end we went to Búllan and boy-o-boy did we enjoy our burgers!
